• You must be at least 18 years old to use KaTripMo.
• You are solely responsible for the messages you send and your behavior on the platform.
• No illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, explicit, or inappropriate content is allowed.
• Respect your chat partner's chosen mode and boundaries at all times.
• We reserve the right to terminate access for violations without prior notice.
• By using KaTripMo, you agree to connect authentically and respectfully with other users.

Ka-Tambay Group Chat Rules

• Respect all room participants — no harassment, hate speech, or bullying.
• No spam, flooding, or disruptive behavior in chat rooms.
• No impersonation or collecting personal information from others.
• Respect each room's designated topic.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts.

Vote-Kick & Moderation

• Room members can vote to remove disruptive users.
• If 60%+ of the room votes (min 3 votes), the user is removed and IP-banned for 1 hour.
• Admins can remove and ban users at any time without a vote.
• Ka-Tambay bans apply only to Ka-Tambay — they do not affect 1-on-1 chat.

Privacy Policy

• We collect minimal information needed to provide our service (nickname, preferences, messages during active sessions).
• Your chat messages are NOT permanently stored and are deleted when your session ends.
• Your IP address is used only for ban enforcement and is not shared.
• We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
